John,

Today the U.S. Supreme Court handed down a decision that has
endangered birth control access for people across the nation.

The ruling gives exemptions (based on an employer’s personal belief) to the Affordable Care Act’s birth control provisions that require employer health care plans to cover no cost birth control.

Now employers can take away birth control coverage based on their personal beliefs!

Healthcare is a personal and private matter. Employers should not be able to discriminate against any employee’s right to care. As Attorney General, Raph Graybill will fight against this discrimination and protect our access to care.

Women’s access to birth control has a profound impact on their ability to have financial security and live healthy lives. It has been responsible for one-third of women’s wage gains relative to men’s since the 1960s.

Republicans continue to chip away at our access to affordable healthcare and they will stop at nothing!

That’s why it’s so important that we flip Montana blue. They won’t stop trying to erode our access to healthcare and we can’t afford to let that happen.

As Attorney General, Raph will fight against attempts like this to weaken the ACA, he’ll fight to lower prescription drug prices, and he’ll always defend a woman’s right to choose.

We need your help to elect a Democrat that will stand up for the rights of the people and not let Republicans get away with their policies of discrimination.

Can you help us fight back and elect an Attorney General who stands for women’s rights and fights back against discrimination?

Thank you for your support,
