Friend,

On Wednesday, October 15, Alejandro, a beloved member of the Knoxville community, an ally to Jobs with Justice of East Tennessee, and active member of Allies of Knoxville’s Immigrant Neighbors (AKIN) was abducted by ICE while attending a routine appointment. Jobs with Justice condemns the continued kidnappings of our immigrant coworkers and stands with all communities working to end this violent deportation machine.

Alejandro is currently being held in ICE custody in the state of Louisiana. His friends, community members, and allies are urgently asking for your help.
