On November 4, Virginia elects its governor and state House of Delegates.

Win Virginia, and Democrats have a real shot at taking back the U.S. House in 2026 and the country will have a firewall against Trump’s destructive policies. Lose Virginia, and momentum shifts nationwide.

That’s why Vote for Equality, the political arm of the Feminist Majority, has teams of student organizers on 15 Virginia campuses, mobilizing young voters who overwhelmingly support equality, but, historically, vote at lower rates. When we reach them, turnout jumps several points—enough to win close races.

But we need emergency funds to expand in these final three weeks.

We also have organizers in Pennsylvania working for a YES vote to retain three Supreme Court justices who've defended reproductive rights and fair elections. They face retention votes that many people won't even see—the retention vote is on the back of the ballot. We're mobilizing students to the polls to make sure voters know to flip the ballot over and vote YES.

This isn't symbolic. Every dollar now translates directly to students at polling places, reminding voters what's at stake.
