Right now, instead of doing their jobs, Donald Trump and Republicans in Washington refuse to end this shutdown – all to cement their cuts ripping health care away from millions of Americans and skyrocketing premiums.

John, families should never have to choose between lifesaving health care and keeping a roof over their heads.

But right now, Donald Trump and Republicans are working to kick people off their health care coverage and skyrocket premium costs – all to pay for massive tax breaks for billionaires.

Quite frankly, it’s bullshit.

Democratic governors like myself are taking action to protect health care, safeguard our freedoms against Donald Trump’s dangerous policies, and move states forward – filing lawsuits against the Trump administration over blatant power grabs and illegal actions, and refusing to comply with orders that would hurt the people of our states.

But we can’t continue this work alone, %%FIRSTNAME(blank)%%.

So now, I’m asking personally: Will you sign on to stand with Democratic governors like me in our fight against Donald Trump’s harmful chaos and extremism before midnight tonight? Your support in this moment is monumental in our push for progress.
