This week we shared Penny’s story — from being neglected and abandoned to finding a loving home. During Penny’s time with the ASPCA, our team of experts provided her with specialized care to help her get healthy and alleviate her severe skin conditions.

But none of this would have been possible for Penny without our incredible community of supporters and compassionate people like you.

We’re still short of our $75,000 goal for The Penny Fund to help other dogs, cats, and animals in need, but we are SO close! This is your final reminder to give before the midnight deadline, and we need your help!

Penny’s abandonment case was closed without an arrest, but her current life is far from her once-tragic beginnings.
“All Penny wants to do is lie across my lap until my feet go numb,” says Christine, Penny’s adopter. “She’s super friendly with people, and if she sees other dogs she wants to meet, she sits and waits for them to come to her. I’m over the moon.”
We believe that all animals deserve the chance to feel safe and loved, and by supporting The Penny Fund today, you’ll help ensure that we can give safety, care and love to more animals that desperately need us.
