Our NFA challenges could become
especially important in light of the government shutdown. Hint: These
shutdowns can’t matter to gun owners anymore if transfers don’t
exist!
However, due to the action of the government and lower
courts following a SCOTUS decision regarding nationwide injunctions,
it’s likely that the best way for you to be included in any relief is
for you to become an FPC member.
This has already been the case in
regards to other FPC wins, such as our victory over the Post Office
Carry Ban in FPC v.
Bondi, or our non-resident
carry ban win in Hoffman v.
Bonta.
What’s more, this is likely to
continue to be the case for the foreseeable future, which means being
an FPC member and being able to prove it is still the best chance we
have until we can get the Supreme Court to weigh in.
