Working with a coalition of 27 attorneys general, I filed a legal challenge to this latest attempt to go backwards in our fight against climate change.

We have already stopped more than a dozen illegal actions by President Trump’s Environmental Protection Agency. My opponents have pledged to drop these legal challenges and allow the gutting of our climate protections to continue.

As climate change grips our world, we cannot afford to strip away critical fossil fuel emission standards. Donald Trump’s actions are another example of his total disregard for the law.
