Kaiser is at it again doing everything it can to delay justice for Chloe Cole.

In a truly David v. Goliath moment, our small team of litigators continues to beat Kaiser’s high-powered legal team at every turn of litigation.

On Thursday, a state appellate court in California denied Kaiser’s motion for a rehearing.

You may recall this comes after that same appellate court ruled against Kaiser’s appeal last month.

Now is the time to win Chloe’s landmark case and we desperately need your help!

For nearly two years now, Kaiser has fought tooth and nail to prevent this case from going to trial.

They desperately want this case to be handled privately in arbitration.

Kaiser’s worst nightmare is a public trial with members of the press reporting, daily, on their barbaric “treatment” of Chloe.

Mark my words, Chloe’s case is pulling the curtain back on “gender affirming care” not just in the United States, but worldwide.

And when the American people see just how predatory and harmful these gender clinics are, I believe it will stop the gender industrial complex in its tracks.
