Mike Johnson STILL hasn’t let the House vote to lower costs

Janelle Bynum for Congress

It’s been 287 days since the 119th Congress began, and Speaker Mike Johnson still hasn’t let the House vote on a bill that will lower costs for Americans.

Instead, he and my Republican colleagues have been busy ramming through their trash budget, which will make it harder for Americans to access healthcare and food assistance — while giving billionaires a massive tax handout.

That’s why I’m leading the charge in Congress to DEMAND Speaker Johnson finally let the House vote on a cost-saving bill and provide relief for American families. If you’re with me, please sign my petition today and join the fight to put hardworking people first →

Since the start of the year, we’ve seen prices only go up thanks to the House GOP’s failure to act.

I came to Congress to bring down costs, make life a bit easier for people across the country, and take on the tough fights to help our communities get ahead — and that’s exactly what I plan to do.

I won’t sit by while people struggle to put food on the table or pay for basic necessities. So I’m demanding Speaker Johnson bring a cost-saving bill to the House floor so we can finally make life easier for Americans — and I need your help.
