We need to show strong support for the Voting Rights Act and its protections against racially discriminatory electoral maps.

The Supreme Court just heard a case that could open the floodgates to racially discriminatory redistricting, with sweeping consequences:

The New York Times: “Supreme Court Appears Poised to Upend Key Provision of Voting Rights Act”

“Resulting redistricting could let states cement Republican control of Congress.”

But we still have the power to fight back.

Right now, we can raise our voices and make it clear the American people do not support a massive rollback of fair representation.

And we can continue pushing for pro-democracy reforms — like the Freedom to Vote Act and the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act — which would enforce free elections with fair maps.

We need to know if you’re in. Add your name here if you insist that the Supreme Court and Congress protect our maps from racially discriminatory maps ahead of the 2026 midterm elections and beyond.

It’s time to muster as much public pressure as possible in support of the Voting Rights Act. That’s why we’re investing in grassroots organizing to build a pro-voter backlash against this mass voter suppression attempt.

The freedom to vote goes hand in hand with the freedom to be represented fairly, and we can’t let the far right undo decades of progress toward a democracy that truly reflects the will of the people.

Sign on to say that the Supreme Court must uphold the Voting Rights Act — and to say that you will keep working alongside Fair Fight Action to defend free and fair elections.

In solidarity,

The Fair Fight Action Team
