President Trump is pursuing every possible path to put military troops in Portland — but so far, a federal judge has stopped him in his tracks.

This is a day-by-day fight. His administration is already trying to get the judge’s ruling overturned so he can deploy troops in Oregon in any way he wants. 

Let me clear — Oregon doesn’t need or want this. Our communities are strong, and we can handle our challenges without military intervention. What we don’t need is a president using troops to score political points or scare people.
