Donald Trump is keeping busy during this shutdown — attempting to lay off
more than 4,000 federal workers while wining and dining billionaires to
build a gilded ballroom at the White House.

In the meanwhile, Alexandria is hosting town halls to make it clear: she's
fighting for healthcare and affordable housing for all, whether you're a
Democrat or a Republican.

Alexandria doesn’t take a dime from corporate PACs or attend fancy
cocktail party fundraisers to curry favor with billionaires.

That’s because this campaign is about creating tangible improvements for
everyday, working families across this country.
