Brigadier General Hofford exemplifies SHIELD’s legacy of growing and developing leaders in Missile Defense and Space who are "game changers" and are the ultimate team players—leading by decisive decision-making at the right time, right place, and for the right reasons, under pressure. A man of great character, integrity, and loyalty, as proven by his actions throughout his career. We—SHIELD—are proud of you, Tupac!
