The Texas Department of Insurance adopts amendments to 28 TAC §§1.301, 1.302, 1.1101, 1.1901, and 1.1904 that remove references to the General Services Commission (GSC) and its rules because the GSC was abolished in 2001. Amendments replace these references with references to the agencies that assumed the GSC's function and remove a fee for certification of records.
