Hello Fellow Climate Activists,
350 Chicago has joined the Hands Off Chicago coalition and national No Kings partners and others across the country as part of the national No Kings day of action and mass mobilization on October 18th.
Here are the event details:
Date: Saturday, October 18, 2025
Time: 12 PM rally with march to follow
Location: Butler Field, Grant Park, Chicago
Adopt a Block Location: East side of Michigan Avenue between Madison and Monroe streets
March logistics:
If you are planning on attending the rally and marching only, 350 Chicago will be marching with Third Act Illinois and the Sierra Club. We will be meeting at the corner of Jackson and Columbus near the Petrillo Band Shell between 11:30 and 11:45 prior to joining the rally. Look for a big 3rd Act sign and a 350 Chicago flag at the meeting point.
Adopt a Block:
350 Chicago will be partnering with our friends at Third Act Chicago and Sierra Club to "Adopt a Block" during the march. Volunteers can hold a sign or a banner or there are other opportunities listed in this Google Form. Please fill out the form to volunteer for the Adopt a Block portion of the event and provide your phone number so you can be included in the Signal channel.
All communication on the day of the event will be forwarded in the Signal app. If you have problems joining the chat, please let me know and I can add you.
Our location for the Adopt a Block is the east side of Michigan Avenue between Madison and Monroe. If you have volunteered, please be there by noon. The location is right at the beginning of the march. Once the march passes, you can feel free to join the march.
Non-Violent Action
This will be a nonviolent, broad-based action bringing all of us together from many different causes, communities and issue areas, as the attacks from Trump are impacting us all. We hope you can join us in mobilizing to protect our democracy and the climate.
We hope to see you at the march to push back against the growing tyranny and climate destruction.
In Solidarity,
Team 350 Chicago
