*Governor Mark Gordon Praises Wyoming Innovations at the 12th Annual Jackson Hole Global Technology Summit*

*CHEYENNE, Wyo., October 17, 2025 *– Governor Mark Gordon (R-WY) was invited by the organizers [ [link removed] ]of the 12th Annual Jackson Hole Global Technology Summit [ [link removed] ]to deliver remarks showcasing innovation in Wyoming and the Rocky Mountain region. At the summit, the Governor discussed Wyoming's energy, education, and digital asset innovations. The event garnered national attention, with more than 400 entrepreneurs, policy makers, venture capitalists, and innovators in attendance.

The Governor’s message and subsequent conversations highlighted:

* Wyoming’s leadership in the digital asset space with the imminent launch of the Wyoming Stable Token [ [link removed] ]— Frontier (FRNT) — the first-ever, state-issued, fully-backed stable token. The governor, a former member of the federal reserve,  iterated the benefits of the stable token to community banks, citizens, non-profits, and businesses.

“We’ve executed all test phases and are launched on seven blockchains. As pioneers in this space we have moved with specificity and diligence. Soon we will make Wyoming’s FRONTIER Stable Token available to the public,” Governor Gordon said. “Shout-outs to Wyoming Stable Token Executive Director Anthony Apollo and his team. FRNT will significantly lower user transaction fees, strengthen demand for the USD and create interest revenue for our state education fund … remarkable.”

*  Wyoming’s first currently in-production Learning and Employment Record (LER) and digit wallet for verified education and workplace credentials.

The Governor also praised the Department of Workforce Services [ [link removed] ] and the Wyoming Innovation Partnership [ [link removed] ] (WIP) for collaborating with employers and educators statewide to begin production of the state’s digital credential wallet.

“The wallet will give students ownership of their transcripts, credentials, and degrees,” Governor Gordon said. “It will also bring employers assurances that potential applicants have verified credentials.”

* Terra Power’s Natrium Reactor Demonstration Plant for “...innovative technology designed to function on the energy grid in an entirely new way, unlike any technologies today.” [ [link removed] ] The Natrium plant features an advanced, sodium-cooled reactor, and molten salt energy storage tanks.

In addition to Governor Gordon, U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis addressed the gathering via recorded remarks of support for The Jackson Hole Global Technology Partnership. Lummis was unable to attend due to potential floor votes and efforts in Washington D.C. to end the federal government shut-down.

The governor concluded with a call-to-action to work collaboratively, advocating for healthy economic policies that foster innovation and a sound business climate in Wyoming.

“Do the right thing, do it the right way, and for heaven’s sake, let’s do it right away,” Governor Gordon said.
