The fight to stop West Bank annexation has returned international focus to
Israel/Palestine.

Among a new generation of social justice activists as well as folks who’ve
followed these issues for decades, we’re seeing a renewed interest in the
history and dynamics of the conflict.

That’s why we’re launching J School -- a free, virtual learning series
that will dig into many of the key issues that drive the conflict and
inform efforts to achieve a lasting solution.

In March, we launched J Stream, our series of virtual briefings and
trainings designed to help keep our movement connected and engaged. Now
through J School, we’re delving deeper into the political, historical and
personal nuances of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Beginning next Wednesday, July 15, J School will convene weekly at noon
Eastern for keynote lectures from former diplomats, political leaders,
academics and Israelis and Palestinians who have experienced the realities
of the conflict firsthand. Each lecture will include a Q&A session,
breakout discussions and recommended resources for further reading.

what’s coming up in the next few weeks:

* July 15 -- On Zionism: Looking at History through Personal Narratives,
with J Street President Jeremy Ben-Ami and Israeli historian Dr. Fania
Oz-Salzberger
* July 22 -- Palestinian Narratives on Both Sides of the Green Line,
with Professor Sami Adwan and Standing Together activist Maisam
Jaljuli
* July 29 -- Occupation 101, with Former Special Envoy Frank Lowenstein
