Attorney General Kris Mayes just sent Speaker Mike Johnson a scathing letter over his refusal to seat newly elected Adelita Grijalva, who is officially replacing her late father.

In the letter, Attorney General Mayes threatened legal action, possibly litigation, if Speaker Johnson does not seat Adelita swiftly.

We all know why Johnson is stalling. He knows Congresswoman Grijalva would be the tie-breaking vote in releasing the Epstein files and he can’t let that happen. So now, he’s playing political games with her seat.

Kris Mayes is practically saying, “Screw that!”

But we shouldn’t be surprised. Time and time again, Attorney General Mayes has fought against MAGA and their despicable actions. She has filed OVER 26 LAWSUITS against the Trump administration alone.

Kris Mayes is a fighter—unafraid to tell someone to go kick rocks. She’s exactly the type of Democrat we need in a country trending toward right-wing authoritarianism. We cannot let our country slip into chaos, and we know Attorney General Mayes will fight to protect it.
