Email from Craig Riedel for State Senate   Riedel Campaign Update | October 17, 2025 Riedel Issues Statement on President Trump "Blessed are the peacemakers!" This past week, President Trump was able to broker a historic peace agreement in the Middle East. Where some say it can't be done, the President continues to work on resolving conflicts all throughout the world in the name of American prosperity. The Trump Administration continues to lead with the principle of peace through strength on the world stage. “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.” (Matthew 5:9, NIV) Craig Attends GOP Banquets Across the District  Every fall, local county Republican parties host dinners and banquets. These events give voters the chance to hear directly from GOP candidates and elected officials about their vision and accomplishments. Over the past month, Craig has attended the Henry County Fall Dinner, Hardin County Colonel's Club Dinner, Putnam County Lincoln Reagan Dinner, and the Paulding County Fall Banquet. Each of these events was headlined by Gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy. Craig was thrilled to share the stage with Mr. Ramaswamy, where they both laid out their positive vision for a more prosperous Ohio. Riedel Campaign Fundraiser on Indian Lake This month, Steve and Debbie Terrill hosted a Riedel Campaign fundraiser at their home on Indian Lake. Craig and Danette were extremely grateful and encouraged from the support received from both Logan and Hardin Counties at the event. Door-to-Door Campaign in Full Swing The Riedel campaign has made it a priority to meet and talk with as many voters as possible over the course of the campaign. Door knocking has been a crucial part of that mission. Craig and Danette find time to be out knocking doors almost everyday, making connections and hearing from constituents all across the 1st Senate District. Parade and Festival Season Continues As parade season begins to come to a close, Craig and Danette are thankful for the opportunity to visit communities all across the 1st Senate District to celebrate what makes each city or town unique. This past month, Craig and Danette took part in the Ada Harvest and Herb Festival Parade and the Continental Fall Fest Parade. Upcoming Van Wert Fundraiser The Riedel campaign will be having a fundraiser next month in Van Wert. The event will be held at R Place Stone Grill in downtown Van Wert from 5:30pm-7:30pm on Monday, November 10. Craig is encouraged by the support that he has already received for the event, and looks forward to seeing new and familiar faces.
