Cigarette and Tobacco Distributor or Subjobber License Renewals

Distributors and subjobbers who want to sell or distribute cigarettes or tobacco products in Minnesota during 2026-2027 must renew their Cigarette Tax or Tobacco Tax license by November 14, 2025.

You can complete your application electronically using our e-Services system.

• Log in to your Cigarette or Tobacco account in e-Services.
• Select Alerts.
• Select Renew cigarette/tobacco license.
• Follow the prompts.

Holiday Schedule for Cigarette Stamp Orders

The cigarette stamp order ship dates are as follows for the weeks of:

• Veterans Day: Wednesday, November 12, and Friday, November 14
• Thanksgiving: Monday, November 24, and Tuesday, November 25
• Christmas: Monday, December 22, and Tuesday, December 23
• New Year's: Tuesday, December 30, and Friday, January 2

We must receive your order by 10 a.m. for same-day shipping. We will process orders received after 10 a.m. on the next shipping day.
