Shanmugam: Workers' Party's ambiguous rejection of Noor Deros risks long-term damages to S'pore
The Workers’ Party was ambiguous when rejecting the support of the self-styled preacher Noor Deros, and when foreign politicians from PAS attempted to influence the elections, Coordinating Minister for National Security K Shanmugam said in a ministerial statement in Parliament earlier this week.

He cautioned that Identity politics now sharply divide countries all over the world, and when faultlines of ethnicity, race and religion deepen, minorities suffer. Watch more.
