Dear Friend,
Republicans control the House, the Senate and the White House. They have spent four weeks delaying votes and failed to meet with Democrats to negotiate a government funding bill that would lower healthcare costs and reopen the government.
Because of this, Americans across the country are starting to get notices that their health insurance premiums are soaring. In New Jersey, those covered by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace will receive a notice by November 1st that their premiums will increase and subsidies will be reduced.
