Speaker Mike Johnson is refusing to swear in newly-elected Democratic Rep. Adelita Grijalva, even though she won a special election in Arizona’s 7th District two weeks ago.

His excuse? That the House “isn’t in session.” But he swore in two Republican members during pro forma sessions earlier this year — so what’s really going on?

Here’s what Johnson and Trump don’t want you to know:

Grijalva’s vote would be the 218th and deciding vote on a resolution to unseal the Epstein files — including potential connections to powerful Republican donors, operatives, and elected officials.

So now, MAGA Republicans are blocking her from taking her oath, refusing to let her vote, and delaying justice.
