According to a press release from Homeland Security, officials have obtained credible evidence of Mexican cartels issuing bounties against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Border Patrol agents operating in areas like Chicago, with said bounties allegedly being entertained by domestic extremist groups on the ground.
