Notice: DWSRF & CWSRF State FY2026

Intended Use Plans Principal Forgiveness

This notification is to inform all entities with projects on the secondary funding lists for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) or Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) State Fiscal Year 2026 Intended Use Plans that principal forgiveness is now available.

Projects on the respective Project Priority Lists had until October 6, 2025, to submit their applications to take advantage of reserved principal forgiveness. Due to some entities not utilizing their full reserved funding packages, the following principal forgiveness amounts are now available for the remainder of State Fiscal Year 2026:

DWSRF Program- $1,294,975.00

CWSRF Program- $2,697,262.00

These principal forgiveness dollars will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, in accordance with Chapter 11 and Chapter 16 rules.

The upcoming State Revolving Fund application deadlines are December 3, 2025, February 4, 2026, and April 8, 2026, as stated in the State Fiscal Year 2026 Intended Use Plans.
