Their attack only confirmed what I knew already: our team's next race is critical for our communities in the San Gabriel Valley, California, and the entire country.

All I did was tell the truth: terrorizing families isn’t law enforcement, it’s cruelty.

Yet Trump's White House decided to change the narrative, twist my words, and accuse me publicly for “vilifying ICE”. They’re playing politics while families are suffering.

That’s why, while Republicans keep wasting time on attacks and chasing headlines, I’m focused on delivering for Californians.

That's why I believe Proposition 50 will give us all the opportunity to level the playing field.

Republicans are willing to publicly attack me just for defending our communities.

That's why we're trying to build a government that better represents us, and this measure will create fairer congressional maps, making it harder for Republicans to keep rigging the system to protect their billionaire donors.
