Justice and accountability have finally moved forward with the
indictment of former FBI Director James Comey.
[Judicial Watch]
Dear Fellow American,
Justice and accountability have finally moved forward with the
indictment of former FBI Director James Comey.
This isn’t just a headline. IT’S A WIN THAT PROVES THE
EFFECTIVENESS OF JUDICIAL WATCH’S STRATEGIC, LONG-GAME EFFORTS TO
DEFEND THE RULE OF LAW.
You see, Judicial Watch has been pursuing accountability for James
Comey for nearly a decade with hard-fought legal battles and
relentless pressure powered by loyal patriots.
Our supporters invest, then we fight. For as long as it takes.
Here is a recap of our litigation and investigative efforts
surrounding James Comey:
* In June 2016 JUDICIAL WATCH SENT ACTING FBI DIRECTOR ANDREW G.
MCCABE A WARNING LETTERon the FBI’s legal responsibility to recover
memos Comey unlawfully removed from the Bureau and leaked to the
media.
* In January 2018, a JUDICIAL WATCHLAWSUIT FORCED THE FBI to turn
over Comey memos allegedly detailing conversations he had with
President Donald Trump.
* In February 2018, IN RESPONSE TO AJUDICIAL WATCHLAWSUIT, the FBI
agreed to review 16,750 pages of Comey’s records archived after he
was dismissed.
* In May 2018, EMAILS UNCOVERED BY JUDICIAL WATCH showed the FBI
advised Comey to consult with Special Counsel Robert Mueller prior to
testifying before Congress on Russian meddling in the 2016
presidential election and his firing as FBI director.
* In August 2018, a federal court ordered the Justice Department
to preserve federal records located in Comey’s personal email
accounts – our efforts were starting to pay off.
* And in July 2019, JUDICIAL WATCH UNCOVERED FBI RECORDS from just
one month after President Trump fired Comey in 2017 showing that FBI
agents visited his home and collected “as evidence” four memos
allegedly detailing conversations between Comey and the President.
The path toward bringing Comey to justice has not been easy or short.
The Deep State has tried to bury the truth.
We’ve been constantly told that we should just “move on” from
corruption scandals.
And of course, getting any action from the Comey-complicit Biden
Administration from 2020 through 2024 was a non-starter.
But even when James Comey’s name left the headlines, your Judicial
Watch never stopped working behind the scenes to ensure he could
eventually be held accountable.
It has been the gifts of Americans just like you who kept us in the
fight to expose the truth.
There would be little awareness among the American public today of the
Deep State conspiracy against President Trump in his first term
without Judicial Watch donors – Financial support makes government
accountability possible.
Your Support Today Will Help Judicial Watch Fight as Long as It
Takes to Hold MORE Deep State Actors Accountable

Comey’s crimes are legion, but this indictment is one small step
toward holding accountable those who engaged in the worst political
abuse in the history of the country.
Many of the same operatives who shielded Comey are also protecting the
Biden family, the CIA, and the corrupt actors in the Justice
Department itself.
FORTUNATELY, JUDICIAL WATCH IS ON THE JOB, AND WE’LL NEVER STOP
FIGHTING TO EXPOSE CORRUPTION AND SHINE SUNLIGHT ON THE TRUTH.
Today, we are also taking action against Joe Biden and corrupt
operatives in his former Administration, to include:
* Exposing Joe and Hunter Biden’s corrupt family business dealings
in Ukraine. Judicial Watch’s lawsuit forced the release of records
revealing how Joe blended personal and taxpayer-funded communications
and travel for his family to make money overseas.
* Investigating Joe Biden’s unprecedented pardon of his son Hunter
and use of his power to protect his political allies from justice.
Judicial Watch is suing the Justice Department for records on the
Hunter Biden blank check pardon.
* We are suing for records from Biden’s State Department for any
records where they called President Trump or a member of his
Administration a “Disinformation Purveyor”.
* Another lawsuit of ours on Biden’s censorship operation
uncovered records of his Department of Homeland Security showing an
extensive effort by government entities to monitor and censor social
media posts on fraud during the 2020 election.
We’re already seeing wins: Judicial Watch recently sued and won to
get the FULL interview of Joe Biden by Special Counsel Robert Hur in
his criminal investigation of Biden released to the public (an
interview his Administration was forced to admit they edited).
All this is just the beginning of accountability for Biden and his
ilk.
_And the Comey indictment proves our long-game methods will work. The
donors who stood with us ten years ago are seeing their faith pay off
today_.
