America First Legal is leading the fight against radical gender ideology in our public school system. We have taken the lead to defend boys’ and girls' right to safety and privacy in school. But we are up against powerful forces that want to impose their twisted ideology on us all.
What’s at stake? The future of girls’ sports, safety, privacy, equal opportunity, and much more is now in grave jeopardy.
That’s why America First Legal is actually fighting back in court- to STOP these radical administrators and judges from harming our kids.
For example, last week, a federal judge granted our motion for a preliminary injunction against Loudoun County Public Schools and blocked the district from suspending a male student who objected to a girl being present in the boys’ locker room.
We also re-filed our case in federal court against the Fairfax County School Board, challenging policies that force students to use politically defined “preferred pronouns” for so-called transgender students, and that deny girls equal access to female-only bathrooms and locker rooms.
And we recently filed a brief with the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse a radical Fourth Circuit ruling that redefined “sex” under Title IX to mean “gender identity” rather than biological sex. This radical ruling alone jeopardizes women’s sports teams across the country!
