During Biden, the extreme Left aggressively went after those of us who fought for election integrity.
One of their principle means of retaliation was lawfare- the frivolous use of lawsuits and criminal charges against political opponents for retribution and silencing.
I can't believe I'm having to say this, but the first instance of lawfare against an election integrity warrior is in Republican Arkansas.
There, the deep state is charging Col. Conrad Reynolds, a friend of mine and someone who is both honorable and patriotic, with a misdemeanor.
His crime? Conducting an exit poll after a recent election on paper ballots.
That's right. It's ridiculous.
Now, you might be wondering why this is happening?
It's politics.
As all of MAGA wonders why Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders is allowing this, the answer is simple:
Conrad has been VERY effective is advocating for paper ballots, winning plebiscites in two counties for it. So the Arkansas establishment decided to slap him with a frivolous electioneering charge, a misdemeanor that would prevent him from running for office.
Conrad is a patriot, and the Arkansas GOP needs to stop engaging in lawfare against this man! More pressure needs be applied here.
The other case of lawfare is concerning patriot Jeffrey Moffatt.
He is a California attorney who was a member of the AZ Bar, but disbarred by the ABA for standing up for election integrity.
This is not the only case where the ABA did this. Their bare-knuckle tactics are legendary.
He is being sued because of a paperwork mix-up in California, but concerning his Arizona disbarment.
The jury is still out and the leftist California judge has been awful (they would not permit me and Sen. Finchem to testify).
But this case is one we can do something about. It's time to introduce legislation to strip the ABA of its ability to decide who gets to be a lawyer and who does not.
They have overstepped their bounds for partisan purposes and proven they can't perform their duties. Time to take those duties away from this partisan private organization.
I thought lawfare against election integrity fighters was done. But apparently not.
In our Republic, we have peaceful ways of settling differences of opinion. But destroying someone's life through dragging them through legal retribution should not be happening.
