The ballots in NJ-03 have been counted and it's official -- David Richter will be Andy's Republican opponent this November.

David Richter is a self-funding millionaire who just moved to our district. And he's made it clear he will not fight for working families. Instead, Richter told the New Jersey Globe that he, "ran to support Trump." National Republicans have already placed millions of dollars of ad buys in NJ-03 to support him.

Richter has already shown us who he is, now we need to make sure we keep Andy working for us in the House Majority.
