First Liberty
Gabe Olivier has had the courthouse doors slammed in his face.
Not because his case doesn't have merits. It does.
After being banned from sharing his faith in a public park by a local
ordinance, Gabe filed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of
the law. But he never got the opportunity to plead his case in court.
Every American has a right to have their day in court.
Thankfully, the Supreme Court has agreed to hear Gabe's appeal
to have his case heard.
And the court's decision will impact the civil rights of all
Americans, religious or not.
Even more, a favorable ruling by the justices could lead to the
protection of every person's right to share their faith in a
public park.
Watch Gabe Olivier share his story and First Liberty attorney Nate
Kellum discuss the upcoming oral argument at the Supreme Court.

Getting to the Supreme Court is never easy. Each year, the Court is
asked to hear thousands of cases, but the justices agree to hear only
a small fraction of those presented to them.
And the road to get there takes its toll on the attorneys and
especially on the client.
With so much riding on this Supreme Court decision, we're
spending long hours preparing not only for our oral argument but also
for the unique and challenging questions each justice will ask.
Now, as we wait for the date of our oral argument to be announced,
I'd like to ask you to do one thing. Will you please pray...
* Joshua 1:9 for Gabe, that God will help him to be strong and of
good courage, that he won't be dismayed, for the Lord God
is with him.
* Isaiah 40:31 for our attorneys, that God will renew their
strength and that they will soar on the wings of eagles as they
prepare.
* Proverbs 3:5-6 for our country, that God who has seen our many
troubles and calamities will restore us as a Godly nation.
