This week, Michigan Democrats celebrated the state budget that protects all Michiganders, not just the 1%.

Thanks to Governor Whitmer’s leadership and Democrats in Lansing who refused to back down, Michigan has a budget that protects Medicaid, free school lunches, public school funding, and a historic roads plan that creates thousands of good-paying jobs in our state.

This is the difference Democratic leadership makes, and it’s why we need to put in the work now to make sure Michigan elects a Democratic governor and takes back the state House in 2026.
