America’s students with disabilities need your help.

Last week, the entire office at the Department of Education that enforces the federal law that guarantees 7.5 million students with disabilities can access the education they deserve was shut down.

Now, no one is making sure states follow the law or use federal funds correctly. Students with disabilities will lose the special education services they need to succeed, with their parents left helpless.

While a judge has temporarily put the firings on hold, Congress must make sure they do not happen. The pressure is working.
