In the last Congress, Jim Cooper voted with Trump almost 40% of the time. He’s taken campaign donations from defense contractors that sell military equipment to police, the prison industrial complex, and even the Koch Brothers.

This is a safe blue district. There is no reason for it to be represented by a conservative like Cooper.
