The Supreme Court just handed Donald Trump another defeat.
The high court refused to grant the Trump administration’s request to allow construction on the Keystone XL oil pipeline, which had been stalled after a U.S. District Court judge ruled that the government was in violation of the Endangered Species Act.
For now the pipeline, which President Obama opposed before Trump reversed course, won’t see completion.
It’s a win for advocates of clean energy -- and a blow to Trump’s anti-environment agenda.
