Spending the week in Washington is like going to an endless Thanksgiving dinner. Lots of chat, bloviating, posturing.   And ever since John and Abigail Adams took up residence in the White House, things have been this way here. Many, many meetings.    I am a man of many words, too many in the opinion of some, but I like to get my point across with some impact.  Run-on sentences are not my thing.  In some meetings, I even forget what the topic is! Talk is cheap in DC; everything else is expensive.
