John,

“Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing!” - Psalm 100:2

Caution: The actions in this verse are no longer permissible in the state of California.

Radical Left-run states are literally banning singing in church.

This is a blatant violation of our religious free exercise and free speech.

No community has done more to protect the health and safety of their congregants during this very real Coronavirus pandemic than churches all across America. But NOTHING should be allowed to trample our constitutional rights.

Banning singing in church is an unthinkable and unconstitutional abuse of power. And to do it in the name of a pandemic is despicable. In California, the ban is as direct as it is unconstitutional: “places of worship must . . . discontinue singing.”

The radical Left has gone too far in their thirst for power in an attempt to reshape society. And the Church is their first target.

At the ACLJ, we are preparing to file a MAJOR lawsuit that could quickly head to the Supreme Court. We urgently need you to take action with us now.
