This month we commemorate the tragic and historic terrorist attacks of October 7, 2023—the deadliest day for Jews since the Holocaust.
On that day, approximately 1,200 Jews were killed by Hamas terrorists in Israel. Another 250 were taken hostage.
Today, in Israel, hundreds of thousands of children and families live in poverty, and needs are largely left unmet due to the focus on increased defense spending to protect these same children and families from terrorism and war.
