John,

When my family came to South Florida from Venezuela, we didn’t have much – just faith, hard work, and the belief that a better future was possible.

Our home was small, but it was always open. My parents welcomed new arrivals, families in crisis, and people experiencing homelessness. We always made room at the table because we believe that our community grows stronger when we lift each other up.

Those values shaped who I am, and why I’m running for the U.S. Senate. If you’re with me, chip in any amount to my campaign and Blue South today. [[link removed]]

John, Floridians deserve a Senator who will build ladders so families can rise just like mine did.

As a father, I feel the urgency to build a better future for my son and for every family in Florida.

That means good jobs, affordable healthcare, child care, and the safety nets that allow parents to be parents.

I’ve seen what happens when our leaders lose sight of our shared humanity. Too many cruel and inhumane policies — from separating families to detaining people without due process — have stripped away our basic dignity.

That has to stop.

If elected, I’ll fight to shut down facilities like Alligator Alcatraz and others that deny people their humanity. Because no matter where we come from or how we got here, every person deserves to be treated with respect.

Now, I’m running to bring that perspective to Washington, but I can’t do this alone.

If you believe Florida deserves leadership focused on people — not parties or special interests — contribute any amount to split between our campaign and Blue South: [[link removed]]

Our opponent, Ashley Moody, was handpicked by Ron DeSantis – not by Florida voters – to carry out the MAGA agenda. She’s supported lawsuits to dismantle the Affordable Care Act, fought to overturn the results of the 2020 election, and continues to ignore the real issues impacting families throughout Florida.

That’s not leadership. That’s extremism.

We have a different vision for Florida: One rooted in service, decency, and common sense.

And we have the power to win this race — but only if we reach enough Floridians to tell them who we are and what we stand for.

This is one of the most winnable Senate races in the country, but it’ll take all of us to get across the finish line.

That’s why I’m asking one last time: Will you split a donation between our campaign and Blue South to help us reach voters, build momentum, and flip this seat? [[link removed]]

De corazón,

Hector Mujica
