In court, Donald Trump is losing more cases than he’s winning – and it’s no wonder why. Trump thinks he’s above the law, and he’s shamelessly using his authority to undermine our Constitution.

And he’s not just attacking our voting rights – Trump is now threatening to arrest Democratic governors like JB Pritzker and Gavin Newsom who are standing up to him and his power grabs.

Here at the DGA, we’re fighting back. But before I explain, will you chip in $3, $6 right now? We can’t do this work without you – and all gifts will be matched up to the DGA’s $100,000 Mid-Month goal, but only until midnight tonight.

Donald Trump and the GOP are targeting our elections by stripping voter protections, handing power to election deniers, attacking vote-by-mail, and making it harder for states to run their own free and fair elections.

Thankfully, Democratic governors are pushing back against Trump by suing his administration in defense of our fundamental rights – and winning time and time again.

• When Trump tried to overstep his power again and deploy the National Guard in California and Oregon, Gavin Newsom sued – and WON in court.
• When Donald Trump tried to deploy the National Guard in Chicago, JB Pritzker sued to block his attempt – and WON!
• And when Trump signed an Executive Order to attack our elections and make it harder to vote, the DGA sued.

Team, I’ll be blunt. This won’t be the president’s last attempt to tear down our democracy – not by a longshot. And Dem govs can’t win these fights alone.
