John, I’ll be blunt. Tonight is the first fundraising deadline of the quarter and we need to post a strong number.
If we don’t, the GOP could seize on it. They’ll say Democrats don’t have the momentum to flip the Senate, and they’ll use it to supercharge their attacks.
Sometimes a good fundraising number is all we need, but with the mounting attacks and warchest backing the MAGA GOP, good might not be enough.
