Hi, friend – with hours left to my mid-month deadline at 11:59 p.m., I wanted to personally explain why closing the 7% gap to my $30,000 goal is make or break for our campaign.

When times are tougher than ever, asking folks to part with their hard-earned cash is my least favorite part of the campaign trail.

But this is about so much more than just numbers on a page. It's about the message we send if we succeed.

Because right now, thanks to folks like you, we have momentum on our side in Colorado's race. But that could change based on what happens tonight.

If our team consistently hits goals like this, the press, my opponents, and national GOP megadonors will all see that our grassroots strength is undeniable.

If not, they'll all take it as a sign that we don't have the support or the resources to stay in the lead – let alone cross the finish line to victory.

But, if you and 139 more people chip in just $15 before 11:59 p.m., we'd reach our goal on time and have the resources to stay in the lead.
