Yes, even after the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) defunded Planned Parenthood.

Through legislative trickery during the passage of Obamacare, taxpayer-funded subsidies for insurance premiums do not have protections against being used for taxpayer-funded abortion, and can go directly to healthcare plans that cover elective abortions.

Now some of those abortion-funding subsidies are set to expire in December, and their renewal is being used as leverage by pro-abortionists to shut down the government.

Funding of abortion with your money cannot continue.

Tell your Members of Congress that these subsidies must not be renewed without Hyde Amendment protections.
