Donald Trump and Republicans shut down the government 15 days ago.
They haven’t done a damn thing to try to reopen it since then.
House Democrats are ready, willing and able to negotiate a bipartisan deal that meets the needs of the American people, reopens the government and addresses the Republican healthcare crisis.
