The stakes for this November’s election are not just high; they are existential. Our courts determine so much from how we interpret our rights on voting, reproductive rights, workers rights, and so much more. 

We are writing you today in hopes that you will lock in for this November and make a plan: make sure your voter registration is up to date, that you’ve requested your mail-in ballot before the October 28th deadline if you need one, know where your polling place is if you’re going in person, and tell at least ten people to vote on or before November 4th, 2025 and vote for our Democratic slate of judges. 

And who is on that slate? We’d love to tell you.

We have a great slate of judges on the ballot this year, but Pennsylvania, they need you! 

So lock in, get out the vote, and make a plan to vote. 

Vote YES to retain Justices Donohue, Dougherty, and Wecht, support the most qualified candidates in the Superior and Commonwealth Court elections, help your neighbors understand what’s at stake, and make sure every voice is heard. We have the opportunity, and the responsibility, to protect our courts and our democracy on November 4th.
