Jewel-Osco Agrees to Pay $1.95 Million to Resolve EEOC Disability Investigation (9-30-2025)
-The agreement resolves charges filed with the EEOC alleging that Jewel-Osco denied reasonable accommodations to a group of employees based on their various disabilities.

EEOC Sues Coca-Cola Bottling Company United for Disability Discrimination (9-30-2025)
-Federal lawsuit says bottling company failed to provide reasonable accommodation for employee's dialysis and fired him.

EEOC Sues American Airlines for Disability Discrimination (9-29-2025)
-Federal lawsuit says airline refused to provide accommodation for blind employee, then fired her.

Elon Property Management to Pay $200,000 in EEOC Disability Discrimination Lawsuit (9-30-2025)

-Property management company settles federal suit charging it retaliated against an employee with a disability and screened out disabled workers.
