Friend,
Tomorrow is one of our favorite days of the year: it's the anniversary of the National Park Service! And even better, entrance to all National Parks are fee-free for the day.
We are so blessed to have four incredible National Parks right here in Colorado. From the Rocky Mountains to the Great Sand Dunes, the natural beauty of our state is incredible -- and it needs to be protected.
National Parks are a part of the Colorado way of life, and Jason will never stop celebrating them and fighting to protect them. Add your name to support our National Parks, and demand we keep them safe and pristine for generations to come >> [link removed]
We also need to get serious with you, friend. The unfortunate reality is that climate change has the potential to have devastating impacts on our parks and natural spaces here in Colorado and across the country. It's heartbreaking to think that the next generation may not be able to enjoy the outdoors in the same way we can. A future without our wild and natural areas is something that we won't stand for -- so we need to take action now to protect our National Parks.
Jason is leading the fight against climate change in Congress. He recently introduced the Military Installation Resilience Assuredness (MIRA) Act to help address the impacts of climate change on our national security, introduced the SAVE Act to promote home energy efficiency, and co-sponsored the Climate Action Now Act to get us back on track with the Paris Climate Agreement.
Battling climate change won't be easy -- but we're doing it for our parks, our children, and our environment. Because there is no Planet B.
On the upcoming anniversary of the National Park Service, add your name to commit to protecting our environment and National Parks.
