New Pennsylvania Project

Fellow activist, this November’s retention elections are making national news.

Recently, ABC News reported that the stakes of the PA Supreme Court retention elections could be even higher than those of the Wisconsin judicial elections earlier this year, which saw the most expensive state supreme court race ever – with over $100 million in spending. This is because PA’s Supreme Court retention elections could significantly influence what happens during the 2028 presidential election.

That is why MAGA has its eyes on flipping control of the court, which presides over cases such as election litigation and redistricting, not to mention abortion rights, marriage equality, environmental cases, and more.

That is also why a website paid for by the Republican National Committee, titled “Swamp the Vote USA,’ is stating that "President Trump and Republicans need YOU to make a plan to vote” against retaining our Democrat-elected justices.

PA is a critical swing state, which has been targeted by Trump’s Big Lie about the 2020 election being “stolen,” and as his regime continues to launch attacks on our rights, we need to work tirelessly to protect a fair and independent court.
