Conservative women on the House Armed Services and Foreign Affairs Committees released statements recognizing President Trump for this historic breakthrough and yet another sign that "when America leads with courage, the world becomes safer and stronger." The Left Prolongs the Shutdown Conservative women in Congress are keeping up the pressure on their liberal colleagues for their refusal to reopen the federal government. As House Republican Conference Chairwoman Lisa McClain points out, Democrats voted for a nearly identical continuing resolution to fund the government in March of this year — and they voted for 13 similar continuing resolutions under President Biden. For her part, Rep.
