I know that was a little direct, so let me give you a quick update on Phil’s campaign for Governor — and explain why your support is so important as he continues fighting to defend Coloradans’ rights and freedoms.

We recently wrapped up our Fight for Colorado tour, where we traveled with Phil across the state to have meaningful conversations with Coloradans of all backgrounds, exchange ideas, and collaborate on a plan to build a better Colorado for all of us.

And just last week, Phil flew out to Washington D.C. for the U.S. Supreme Court case, Chiles v. Salazar , where Phil was defending Colorado’s ban on the discredited practice of so-called conversion therapy for minors.

I mention this because running Phil’s campaign for Governor while he juggles the dual responsibilities of his role as Attorney General and gubernatorial candidate isn’t easy. It takes a lot of planning, coordination, and yes — a great deal of resources.

I spoke with Sydney, our Finance Director, and together we came up with a solution: If everyone reading this email right now (including you!) donates just $5 to support Phil’s campaign for Governor, we’d knock our grassroots fundraising goal out of the park!
